International health conference to be held in Wales
An International Conference on managing chronic conditions; prevention, delivery and developing sustainable solutions to help people with such conditions live more independent lives will be taking place on the 10th & 11th November at City Hall, Cardiff.
Approaches in Wales in recent years to improving Chronic Conditions Management has shown positive and consistent improvements to patient care, particularly reducing emergency medical admissions and length of stay. The Conference, ‘Embracing the challenges – changing conditions’, will provide a forum to share expertise further, showcase learning and acknowledge progress.
The event will provide a unique opportunity to take stock of international developments to date, inform next steps and identify opportunities for improving chronic conditions management and public health. Leading experts from across the world will be providing keynote presentations and supporting workshops across a range of topics providing invaluable insights and expertise.
